New Born Care

Essential Newborn Care(ENC) is care that every newborn baby needs regardless of where it is born or its size. ENC should be apllied immediately after the baby is born and continued for at least the first 7 days after birth. Many ENC interventions are simple and can be provided by a Skilled Birth Attendant(SBA) or a trained Community Health Worker(CHW) or Traditional Birth Attendant(TBA) or by a family member supporting the mother in a health facility or at home.

Well-child Care

Regular well-child checkups are important, not just when your child is sick. Starting in infancy, these visits help track your child’s growth, provide vaccinations, and answer your questions about nutrition, behavior, safety, and development. They’re a key part of keeping your child healthy and happy.

Immunizations

Check the schedule for the age or age range when each vaccine or series of shots is recommended. Or create a personalized schedule that shows the recommended dates for vaccines your child needs. If your child has missed any shots, work with your child’s doctor to determine vaccination dates for the missed or skipped vaccines. If you have any questions please talk to us.

 Development Assessments

The purpose of Developmental Screening is to assess children’s speech and language development, problem-solving skills, fine and gross motor skills, and social skills.

Sick Child Diagnosis & Treatment

As parents and pediatricians, we understand how the first symptoms of sickness (whether it’s the common cold or something more serious) put you on alert. We also know that children don’t just fall ill during business hours. That’s why we are here for your kiddos. Monday-Friday, 06.00 p.m.-09.00 p.m. by appointment to diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses children are prone to. Saturday – Closed , Sunday from 11.00  a.m. to 02.0 p.m.

 Asthma & Allergy Treatment

Asthma is one of the most common chronic diseases affecting children. Surveys indicate that nearly five million American children under age 18 have experienced asthma symptoms. Many of those children begin developing asthma in very early childhood, before they turn five years of age. Children with allergy disease not only feel miserable, they are no doubt sick of adults poking and prodding them, wiping their noses, or asking them what’s wrong.

 Dietary/Nutrition Guidance

Nutrition for kids follows the same principles as adults — a balance of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, protein, and fats. However, children need varying amounts of these nutrients at different ages to support healthy growth and development. For guidance tailored to your child, consult their doctor or a registered dietitian.

📌 Dietitian available in clinic every Wednesday, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Treatment of Acute & Chronic Infections

The goal of this diagnostic approach is to differentiate the child with a primary immunodeficiency (PID) from the “normal child” who has more than the average number of viral infections or from the child who has an underlying disease that mimics infection, predisposes the child to certain types of infections, and/or results in secondary immune system dysfunction. Most often, these categories can be determined from the history, physical examination, and screening investigations.

Management Of Learning & Developmental Disabilities

Learning disability (LD) is a term that describes a broad array of possible causes, symptoms, treatments and outcomes. Learning disabilities can show up in many forms, making it difficult to diagnose. Early Identification and Intervention can help the child in improving his/her learning ability.
